Flare Gang Attack! The Zygarde At The Prism Tower!!

While running, Squishy discovered a bag that belonged to Bonnie and decided to rest inside of it. However, Squishy was discovered by Bonnie and Dedenne as it freaked out then tried to leave until she caught it. After Bonnie decided to take care of it, it was nicknamed "Squishy" because of its squishy body. Unfortunately, Squishy got separated from Bonnie when group of Dodrio that were being chased by Sawyer and his Grovyle. Squishy was ambushed by Team Flare as they were able to grab until Bonnie and her friends arrived at the seen. Through Ash and Sawyer's teamwork, Squishy was saved and Bonnie grabbed it then were able to escaped. After getting to safety, Squishy was amazed and surprised that Bonnie knew it was asking for help. However, while everyone was asleep, Squishy sensed that Team Flare was close by then tried to leave the gang in order to make sure it won't be attacked but failed as they were able to catch up to it. Although, Squishy was saved when Bonnie and the gang arrived to help it. Squishy left with Bonnie, Clemont and Serena while Ash and Sawyer battle Team Flare. However, Squishy fell out of Bonnie's arm when she slipped, then was comforted by two Grunts and Bryony. With no other option, Squishy used its ability to call the Zygarde Cells and then all fuse with it, turning into its 10% Forme. Now with strength, Squishy then used Land's Wrath, which makes Bryony and her henchmen retreat. Seeing how much Bonnie cared about it even though they just met, Squishy decided to travel with the group. After the group said farewell to Sawyer, Squishy was in Bonnie's bag looking around in order to be sure that Team Flare wasn't pursuing them. However, little does it know, Squishy's 10% Forme was shown to Team Flare Scientist Xerosic and their Leader Lysandre as they continue their research on it.[2]

While traveling the rest of the way to Terminus Cave Squishy was safe and sound. But upon the friends reaching the cave, Team Flare attacked attempting to capture Squishy. Ash and the others tried to protect it but in the midst of the battle the gang witnessed Squishy transformed into its 10% Forme and uses Land's Wrath on everyone in the area except for Ash and his friends wanting to protect them. But after the ordeal the kids went to look for Squishy while it watched them not from afar in its invisible form.[6]

At Anistar City, Eevee was startled by Jessie's use of fireworks during her performance and ran off. Serena begged the gate attendant to let her look for Eevee, willing to risk being disqualified to make sure her Pokémon was safe. With the gang's help, she desperately searched for Eevee but to no avail. Eevee, who was hiding under a bench, saw Serena looking for her noticed how worried she was, mustering up her courage to run to her Trainer. With Eevee safe and sound, Serena made it back in time for her performance in which Braixen and Pancham dazzled the crowd utilizing Eevee's dance moves in tandem with their own attacks. She earned her second Princess Key, needing only one more to qualify for the Master Class. Serena and her friends meet a mysterious Pokémon, nicknamed Squishy by Bonnie, as it is being chased by Team Flare which they all agree that they should protect at all costs. While relaxing with her Pokémon and the rest of the gang in a flowery meadow, Serena witness a lovestruck Quilladin vying for Eevee's affections. While she ultimately stood by Eevee, Serena was nonetheless gentle in letting Quilladin down easy before finding out how fickle his heart was.

Much later, when the gang stopped for lunch while traversing the Lumiose Badlands, Clemont was lost in thought for a while over whether or not he had progressed enough in his journey. Remembering past examples of Ash's fortitude, he wondered if he would be able to give him a proper battle as a Gym Leader. Because he was so lost in thought, the gang ended up eating burnt pancakes. When the gang got walking again, they happened upon the Kalos Power Plant, which Bonnie told Ash and Serena that the power plant was something that Clemont had designed. Clemont shyly corrected her, saying he only programmed it. As they went to check it out, Pikachu, Luxio and Dedenne fell under the control of the radio waves emanating from the antenna which no longer pointed upwards toward outer space. The gang tried to stop the Pokémon, but they turned on them and launched a collective electric shock. The gang later discovered an entire horde of Electric-type Pokémon sharing the same red eyes as Pikachu, Dedenne and Luxio. The group of Electric-types entered the Power Plant. Remembering the plant's blueprints, Clemont led the rest of the gang to a shaft they could enter through. Ash's Frogadier clogged the blades with its Frubbles and they made their way inside, untying a trio of plant workers who told them they'd offered food and shelter to a band of travelers who turned on and captured them. The gang agreed to stop the trio, entering the control room where the Electric-types were gathered. The trio was none other than Team Rocket, who in order to stop the twerps from foiling their plans, drained Lumiose City's entire power grid, effectively leaving people stranded and helpless and holding the entire city hostage. They also had Pikachu and Luxio attack Ash and Clemont, who promised to ease the suffering Luxio was going through. He activated his Clemontic Gear and redirected Luxio's Discharge to the floor when the central ring turned red, overloading the system and shutting it down. He collapsed onto Luxio who immediately starting glowing and grew over twice its size into Luxray. When Team Rocket tried to retake control of the Electric Pokémon, Luxray revealed its new move Electric Terrain, which powered up Electric-type moves. Using the boost this provided, the Electric-types launched a collective electric shock on Team Rocket, blasting the trio off yet again. After the whole ordeal was over, Clemont asked the workmen to take him back to Lumiose City with them. The gang was surprised. He turned around and explained he wanted some time to reflect and train so he could give Ash a proper Gym battle. He placed Bonnie in Serena's care and boarded the chopper with Luxray, which took him home. 2b1af7f3a8
