Just found out they have an India page. But the page is not very informative, they just take you to another website. I am looking for Lonely Planet India, the print version. The version I could find at my library was the digital version. You can look for other books in your local library.
One more thing that i feel Lonely Planet should be really stop publishing, they have no plan to follow their bestsellers. Tourist spots in India do not seem to be covered in their guide book. They have lots of articles on India in their india pages. If you are visiting India I recommend you to get Lonely Planet and Insight guide book and head out there to explore with them. It will be more interesting than just using their websites and taking guided tour on android.

For city guides in Vietnam, someone make a list of good guides (books or epubs). I have the Lonely planet Vietnams book but it's not updated. Most of the guides I have read for Vietnam are outdated, especially about the north. I was planning to buy a new guide for Vietnam, but I'm not sure if it's worth it. Advice please!
Id have to disagree Lonely Planet has gone way downhill in a past few years. The maps are much less quality than the old books. They just cant compete with online information. For current better print media guides Bradt for practical information and Insight Guides for planning are superior. Lonely planet old guides for reference can be found in torrent where u can get every book in pdf free 827ec27edc
