The joy of exercise

1 Corinthians 9:26-27 ESV /

So I do not run aimlessly; I do not box as one beating the air. But I discipline my body and keep it under control, lest after preaching to others I myself should be disqualified.

A few days ago with the support of my neighbors and brothers, I jogged for the first time in months. This was a wonderful experience. Savannah was happily eating snacks and enjoying the outdoors. I feel incredibly blessed to be able to move my body how I used to before this experience began. It is by God’s grace and mercy I am able to function how I can. I thank the Lord daily for my blessings. I cherish each experience I have daily like I never have before. Going for a run had become routine which I did not fully appreciate the blessing of coordinated movement. Thank You God for the blessing of strength and supportive brothers to help me accomplish a milestone that day!

Keep moving everyone on your Road 2 Victory!
